Everything you need to know about how your Norfolk Lavender order reaches your door.

How We Ship

Every order is picked, packed and posted from our home at Caley Mill in Heacham. We dispatch via Parcel2Go, who give us access to a network of trusted couriers including Evri, DPD and Yodel — so your parcel travels the most reliable route to you.

Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days of being placed.

Delivery Times

UK Mainland: 2–3 working days from dispatch
Scottish Highlands & Islands: 3–5 working days from dispatch
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands: 3–5 working days from dispatch

Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays. During busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, lavender season) please allow an extra working day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address. The exact cost is shown before you pay — no surprises.

Larger items such as plants and gift hampers are charged at a higher rate to cover protective packaging.

Plants & Seeds — UK Mainland Only

Live plants and lavender seeds are delivered to UK mainland addresses only. We're unable to send these to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or any international destination.

Plants and seeds are shipped together but separately from oils, food and gift products to make sure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Multiple Parcels

If your order mixes plants or seeds with oils, food or gifts, you'll receive your items in separate parcels. They may arrive on different days — but rest assured nothing has been forgotten.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel leaves us, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Parcel2Go tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

We pack every order with care, but if your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please get in touch within 48 hours of the expected delivery date via our contact page and we'll put it right.

International Delivery

We're not currently able to ship outside the United Kingdom. If you'd like to send Norfolk Lavender overseas as a gift, please use a UK delivery address.
