Free parking is from the main entrance into the designated car park. Designated accessible parking spaces are available as close to the main entrance as possible, including directly outside our Farm Shop.

During busier periods our main car park may become full. When this happens, an overflow car park is available on the opposite side of the A149. Please take extra care when crossing the road, and if you require any assistance, our team will be happy to help wherever possible.

We are committed to making Norfolk Lavender as accessible and welcoming as possible for all visitors and are always happy to assist wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility.

As a historic site, there are some areas that may present challenges. Parts of the grounds have shingle paths, and Caley Mill has a number of small thresholds into the buildings. We are aware of these limitations and have plans to make further improvements to enhance accessibility across the site.

In the meantime, portable ramps are available to help with access where needed, and our team is always happy to provide assistance during your visit. Wheelchairs are also available to borrow, subject to availability. A refundable deposit is required on collection.

We have one toilet block inside by The Mill Kitchen with a dedicated disabled toilet and baby changing unit.

Our giant jumping pillow is free to use and great fun for all ages - the kids will love having a bounce! Open Sat & Sun from 11am - 3pm.

Well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome at Norfolk Lavender and can enjoy access to the main areas of the site with their owners.

Please note that, to ensure all visitors can enjoy their experience, we do have a designated dog-free area within The Mill Kitchen. We kindly ask that dogs remain on leads at all times while visiting the site and that owners help us keep the grounds enjoyable for everyone.

The main site is free to visit including the gardens, National Collection of Lavenders, and our shops.

Please note that our on-site partner, Farmer Fred’s Adventure Play Barn, operates separately and charges an admission fee for entry.

Our site is also perfectly positioned to offer a stop-off for Thursford coaches – why not grab a bite to eat and pause at The Mill Kitchen? There are plenty of other attractions in the area including Hunstanton, Sandringham, Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall.
