Directions for use:
Place the Wheat Wrap in a microwave & heat on full power for a maximum of 2 minutes for a 750 watt oven or 1.5 minutes for a 1000 watt oven. Your Wheat Wrap will stay warm for up to one hour. Allow to cool fully between uses. Place the Wheat Wrap against any part of the body (not near sensitive skin or open wounds) for quick, soothing relief.
To use as an ice pack:
This Wheat Wrap can be used as a cold compress. Place in a sealed plastic bag & freeze for at least 2.5 hours. Ideal for treating external bruising & swelling.
